CONNECT at Barwon Edge – Saturday Mornings

Start your weekend with intention at CONNECT by the Barwon River. Every Saturday from 7:00–8:00am (Oct–March), join us at Barwon Edge in Newtown for a soul-nourishing blend of movement, mindfulness, and community connection.

Each week offers something new—gentle movement, breathwork, or meditation—led by our CONNECT facilitators in a welcoming, beginner-friendly space.

Afterwards, continue the experience with CONNECT Over Coffee at Barwon Edge Café.
